Steve Holman and Jeremy Lawson over at Iron Man Magazine make it easy for me. Instead of wasting valuable time and energy hunting down and trying out new workouts, I can trust them to come up with a program which is quick and effective. I've been following their current workouts since they started incorporating X-reps (extendend repetitions) in the plan. Now I'm in the gym for less than an hour four times a week and have more to show for it than what some five-a-week two hour plans have given me.
Granted I follow that up with a low-fat and 50% carb 50% protein diet all week except for the weekends, but that's just part of responsible eating, which is somewhat separated from working out. Especially since working out always makes me want to eat a horse (or like one, depends on the mood).
